Underwriting

Undertaking instructions from inception to close, incorporating deal screening, due diligence and closing through to scenario building for asset management or business strategies. The Directors have held senior positions as principals and have managed teams for global advisory firms; we are therefore comfortable managing and coordinating professional teams and advisors.

Financial modelling

Crequant has considerable experience developing detailed financial models around a range of capital events. This consulting work includes complex feasibility models for complex projects, integrated property fund management models, and business valuation models . Our skill set combines technical ability and decades of experience gained domestically and internationally across a wide range of projects, sectors and deal structures. Crequant employs a modular spreadsheet development system which is a Content Management System (CMS) used to build out the calculation and assumption worksheets within Excel. This means that we can build Excel models by inserting the modules required, rather than having to build everything manually or utilise a template model, which increases the risk of errors, is not scalable or flexible to the clients.
